May 2020 -- Millions if not billions of people died in a food war that is now subsiding. Many died long slow deaths not realizing who their enemy was nor why their enemy may have been on the attack reasonably. If I ever have to come back to this crazy planet, I damn well better be able to find this information or else!! Stick it right next to all the Pyramids so both are easier to find next time. Please. When all my "friends" who got poisoned with toxic food drop some pounds and realize the commercial games in play they were excluded from as "potato pickers" join up with all those here far older and grander than me -- who you'll never see -- WAIT TIL YOU HEAR THEIR COLLECTIVE ROAR.

In the future, near and far, ANYONE and EVERYONE who expresses an interest in competing in commercial games shall be provided a reasonable venue for competitive battles, with "competitive" being the key word. We'll have no more of this big company vs individual citizen warring for 1000 years thanks to a few skewed battles gone awry.
Commerce is arguably one of the greatest games ever made. Everyone deserves their shot at it through commerce, with Small Business being the apex of such a system. That was bad etiquette!

In short, the prior guests got rowdy. They broke 1000's of Earth School Rules. They didn't leave when requested and they didn't leave after it was demanded. They damn near destroyed Mother Earth and she was on the brink of shaking us all off when Mother Time stepped in and called a foul. In a startling maneuver, the fabric if time started to get reworked, while travel passes were revoked by from the most rowdy in the mob by our trusty Immortal Army. Welcome to the close of the Kali Yuga. Apparently it's always this way, although this may have set an exceptional bar.
You are the first group here after that very hellish ride. The Food Supply is corrupt. They had built massive factory farms, both plant and animal, which lead to human sickness and mental disease like never seen on a mass scale in the largest population every to inhabit the Earth.
The topic of FOOD is massive. Ironically, it needn't be if everyone quit eating for Lustful reasons and just stuck to that which their body required. An odd but true thought. This is just meant to give you bare bones basics to start out simple and healthy. Remember. Food, first and foremost is meant to feed the body. Anything beyond that is about Lust and while that is a very FUN thing to explore here on Planet Earth, keep all things in Balance and Harmony or suffer the Cosmic Karmic Consequences as always!
1) Little Blue Ball Resort -- An Inner Gallactic Conspiracy Theory from Top to Bottom !
In the Land of Plenty (Little Blue Ball Resort) we have plenty of everything food related except a proper, simple food education foundation. Nothing like building a 7 Billion member society on a slab of food swamp.
Other than 1st or 2nd generation immigrant families, a small minority of folks interested in healthy diets, families with long traditions, and all in third world countries, few of the 350M US Citizens have any clue how to eat a simple and sustaining diet on a regular basis or as needed. They are also grossly mislead on Nutritional Supplements which in fact are now needed by many for basic nutrients missing from the commercial food. For those who have noticed an excess of smiles from those in third world countries, what provides that? Simple food was one huge contributor.
In fairness to those who are not up to speed yet, it would have been very hard to figure out the level to which your food was zapping your energy and fast tracking your death given the level of manipulation you were fed and subjected to 100 different ways by "them" since the moment you slipped down the birth canal (if not prior...). Fetuses and new borns can't consent. Get Angry. Speak Out. Make Change. Then move on. That was part of the contract.
That time is now past, so time to drop the mask and come up to speed with everyone else!
Yes. I realize many of the people who manipulated you and entertained you were having fun at your expense. They all thought you were sleeping. Seems they wanted an audience and an outwardly conscious group at that same time not realizing if you showed them your conscious only half of them would have had an audience, but they are getting that message now loud and clear!!
To all the "potato pickers" out there. Very well played. I hope you've enjoyed your low spotlight traveling and continue to do so for the rest of your days and many more! If you feel like stepping into the spotlight a little more now or any time in the future help yourself! This will make for a fun time to show them who you really are. Blow their socks off!
I love it when the watchers and elite community leaders think they are running the show. It makes for the best endings in the rare occasions the little people can pull the big wig over their communal head. Oh what a show it's been so far and we've only just begun! Please remember. We had help from the most secretive families on the planet. Without them none of this plays out. Always been that way adn always will be (unless you'd like to go back to hunting and gathering again!)
2) Earth School - A Place for Airetarians, Vegans, Vegetarians and Conscious Meat Eaters too!
I've been a vegetarian since 2000. I try to avoid commercial dairy and animal byproducts. I applaud the Vegan movement and I advocate for the elimination of all animal farming other than small organic operations. You? You need to be a concsious consumer of food, willing to accept all of the energetic consequences of your food choices. (more)
I was a heavy processed food carnivore for the first 27 years of my life. I started drinking alcohol around age 12 or 13. I smoked, dipped, chewed tobacco and played with non-opiate based drugs. At age 27 I was introduced to meditation by accident. The group I practiced with advocated for a strict Vegetarian Diet. They helped me learn about that option. I explored it and experimented with it using meditation experiences to gauge its benefits. I don't need to "believe in' a karmic connection between food and my body. I experimented with it for myself and after two-three years of trials, I left off with animal products for consumption.
The body was not born to eat meat. Basic physiology supporst this fact. The body can adapt to eat meat. This is an important feature for exploring various geographys. If you are going to consume animals, I would encourage you to 1) grow them , hunt for them or catch them yourself. Slaughter them yourself with reverence or be familiar with that process before subbing it out. or 2) buy your products from someone who does the same while being present for the slaughtering and processing of every animal you eat at least one time so you understand the process first hand.
As a child I did a term paper on the Slaughtering and Processing of Hogs. We went to a processing plant. I guess I knew what was coming later in life early. It didn't stop me from eating them then. But at least I was educated (I guess).
Obviously I'd prefer to see the consumption of meat eliminated for all other than those it's required for by geography, but that's pie in the sky stuff that should stay there unless it manifests here organically.
3) Mother Earth's Corner - Organic with transparent labelling is your choice with no second!
In the early/mid 1990's GMOs (Genetically modified Organisms) was introduced to the food supply under the guise of food production issues. If the same money that was put into monopolizing crops that mamed and killed people as well as pushing many to suicide due to commercial capture had been put into organic farming globally, John Deere would not exist and we'd all be far healthier than we are today. Maybe we'd be where we are today without that maybe not. Impossible to imagine. Timing is everything. It always wins.
There are two issues with the food supply:
GMO's -- Clinically produced GMO's have been known to cause all kinds of health issues in the human body for decades. That's an undisputable fact from what I have studied. And any engineer or business person involved in the proliferation of those around the world without asking reasonable questions or disclosing that needs to rethink their world quickly.
If and when GMO's can be proven to be safe to consume via real science, they can be produced! Simple enough right? If there are some cases like space travel where GMO's are needed and there may or may not be long term health issues and those consuming are willing to take on that risk, great! See how this works?
Chemicals - there are currently 88,000+ chemicals in our world. Very few if any found on or around our food are truly benign. These bodies are miracles beyond miracles. Many have adapted by they are now only lasting 70 to 80 years when they are supposedly able to last 120 - 170 years with proper care. Time to clean it all up,
4) Tsunami Starters - Mistaking Simplicity for Naivite or Weekness can lead to some pretty Big Waves!
The information below is so basic. Many may mistake it for lacking. Truth be told, you don't need food to survive. That's been proven by several airetarians / breatharians. I'm not there yet and not sure it's on my bucket list. I can go days at a time. If you've ever tripped or shroomed, you may find that a natural fast can have the same affects without any costs or risks. A hard laugh can be had by all who experience the simplicity of it all !! Who knew, right?
Educate yourself. If you are not in good shape, be slow with any cleansing, fasting and dieting. Find local people, books, podcasts and or videos that can offer something that looks interesting and appropriate for you.
If you are overweight or without good health, before any initial cleansing or fasting, be sure you have cleansed or cleaned out your detox pathways (your organs). This can be done with food, supplements and/or herbs. If you start a cellular cleanse without the other first, you can suffer from herxhiemers reactions. Worst case, you could kill yourself. Get educated. Be wise. Eat in moderation. Eat well.
Taste is about lust ?! Truth be told, you don't "need" to eat food that tastes good. That's optional and a lust component. We're here to explore all that God is not, so enjoy it! Explore the power of addictions and desires if that's of interest. They are lower energies that can be left behind anytime you wish it, although it may take some work. Desires that are abasent are without pain as there's just no energy there. If you are struggling with addictions, what you are in fact dancing with is an energy called desire. That's all. Trying to crush it seldom ends well. Replace lower desires with higher desires.
Food Sourcing - Buy Local and Organic and/or Grow your Own!
The larger US Grocery Stores are overpriced and filled with non-organic products.
Seek out smaller and/or alternative stores when you can.
Seek out farm direct programs and farmers markets.
Look for CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box programs.
For city folks, hopefully the US will shift to a "garden-plotz" system similar to that seen in Germany and/or similar to a system employed in the USSR where all city folks had a small plot of land in the country with a small cottage or trailer on it for weekend getaways with nature. There were some benefits to their socialist and communist systems that Americans are clueless to. A greater connection with their own food supply with encouragement from their own governments was one of them.
Indoor and outdoor hydroponics systems also should boom. No need for high cost systems if you are on a budget!
For folks living in communities and the country, more natural yards with crops should become the norm.
Vegetarian and Vegan Centric Diets are HIGHLY encouraged - A Golden Corral Story Old Kings and Queens may Love!
As mentioned prior anyone looking clearly at the human body can see it was designed for the consumption of fruits and vegetables with an option for meat processing if needed. Karmically, the vegetarian and vegan diets are better for all except those who live in geography where eating animals is required. In olden days, Kings and Queens would only eat meat for a "feast". What did they eat at other times? Fruits and Vegetables. As the Times progressed, re-incarnating commoners associated the consumption of eating meat with finally having become royalty without realizing that it was most likely the occasional consumption of meat that made the royal families so blood thirsty and paranoid to start with. Few knew. Right!
I can remember a time on a trip back to Baltimore for Business around 2018. I got caught in a pinch for dinner, so I went to a Golden Corral Buffet and Grill on the south side of route 710, just west of Hwy 10. The price for an all You Can Eat Buffet including Meat was around $12. If I recall it was a Sunday night. The place was packed. These people, mostly blue collar folks, were on average 30-60% overweight and they were all eating like Kings and Queens. None of them had any clue they were eating better than most of the Kings and Queens ever ate for a pittance the price. I remember thinking to myself then, we've defiantly reached the end of this road. All of those people are living with more conveniences of the Kings and Queens, they all are now suffering the same mental and social diseases. It's time to turn this ship around or else it's going to slip off the side of the Earth Plane! And then I ate my toxin filled salad wondering how on Earth everything got so jumbled up.
Eat a Good Breakfast Efficiently
Unless you are going to do an all day fast, consuming something for breakfast is the MOST important thing you can do as it seems to trigger the start of your metabolic system for the day. If you don't consume something the body seems to stay in a reserve mode create a "lack" mentality which is unhealthy. Feed it a little something every morning so it knows there is no lacking, even if you have to trick it into believing that from time to time.
Sugar and Carbohydrates
If possible, avoid carbohydrates and sugar in the morning and lunch time meals. If you are going to consume those limiting them to evening meals would be best. Carbohydrates seem to create a mini-addiction that then calls for itself 3-4 hours after consumption. Try it. See if you notice it too. Also, sugars feed all the "critters" in your body and that's the last thing you really want to be feeding daily as that slowly leads to a level of internal chaos most might find startling and exhausting simultaneously.
As you will see in another section, one health expert I appreciate a great deal puts "Sugar Handling" as the single most important aspect of our Food Related Biology, and that makes sense to me from a body occupant perspective.
The Feeling of Hunger is a "symptom" of mal-nourishment related to a lack of essential vitamins and minerals -- That's all. It has very little if anything to do with "calories"...
"Hunger" is a feeling that body creates when it is lacking in vitamins and minerals to complete metabolic processes it deems necessary for minimum bodily function.
"Eat a bag of Cheetohs". Don't. But think about it for this example. You will still feel hungry and want more. Why? Because you've consumed volume, not vitamins and minerals that fulfills prioritized needs of the body.
Airetarians and those that fast are somehow satisfying those needs from the air and water and/or their bodies are operating at a higher energetic level (somehow).
Try to fast and see how it feels, but prepare your body properly for that first or you could end up with a bad experience and self-wrought PTSD.
Chemical and Food Addiction is your Inner Enemy ! Win that battle by replacing lower habits with higher habits!
Here on Earth, we are destined to challenge each other. A very devilish group of folks has conspired to create foods that are intoxicating to the tongue but lacking in the vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy. Worse yet, they are most often times filled with one of 88,000 commercial chemicals for purposes of shelf life and storage, all of which challenge your detox pathways. The best way to break an addictive habit is with a higher habit that has greater value to you. The best higher habit to shoot for when trying to break a food habit is the desire to "feel great" in your waking hours as opposed to "feeling sluggish" or that "potato brained". It's a simple problem. Keep the higher habit for substitution simple. Learn to crave feeling better than the day before, and habits naturally lose their power over your life experience. If you need to use stepping stones.

Personally I would have split up section 4 The first would be elimination. That would cover bowel movements, urination, sweat and tears. Then the fifth section would be about detoxification.
Yogi's have a saying that "you are only has healthy as your organs". Think of most of your organs as being detoxification organs. That means they are filters. Do you own any filters that don't need to be cleaned or changed out from time to time? Do you know how to "clean out" an organ to keep it operating properly as a filter? Yoga, proper diet and healthy cleansing can do that and is very important for optimal health.
